OVERVIEW

  1. Strata-supplied smoke alarms are installed on ceilings of all thre floor in each townhouse.
  2. These smoke alarms are AC powered with built-in backup batteries.

RESIDENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ANNUAL INSPECTION:

  • Cannot make appointment when technican will arrive.
  • Two attempts will be made to gain access into a strata unit.
  • If anyone will not be at home, have a relative or friend answer the door instead.
  • Sorry, cannot leave a key with a neighbour as technician does not have time to call.
  • If nobody home, owner account will be charged $65 for any extra service call.
